Contact A.A. in KwaZulu-Natal
Taking the first step is usually the hardest part, and you are already most of the way through it. Choose whichever of these feels easiest — there is no wrong one.

today, send a message instead. A member will reply.
Just go to a meeting
You do not have to phone anybody first. Find a meeting near you and walk in — that is how most of us started.
Open the meeting finderThe KZN Intergroup Office
The Intergroup Office serves the A.A. groups of KwaZulu-Natal: it keeps the meeting list, answers the helpline, holds literature, and arranges speakers for hospitals, treatment centres, schools and workplaces.

Update a meeting or group
If your group has moved, changed its time, gone into recess or started up again, please let us know so the list stays useful for the next person looking. Email kzn@aasouthafrica.org.za with the group name, day, time, venue and address, and a contact we can confirm it with.
Speakers, literature and public information
Schools, clinics, hospitals, treatment centres, employers and congregations in KZN can request a speaker or a supply of A.A. literature through the Intergroup Office. There is more detail on the professionals page.
A note on anonymity
We cannot confirm whether a particular person attends A.A., pass messages to a member, or discuss anybody but you. That protection is what makes it possible for people to come at all.
